This individual is the Grandiose Speaker of the most commonly practiced religion on the continent. They receive every single word that they say directly from the three gods of Hill, Sky, and Star, and are chosen before birth by the previous speaker. They're in charge of all religious law and order, and pretty much are the closest one can get to being a god... until a certain someone that I haven't drawn yet comes along.
